Our vendors will be stationed in the parking lot, and cars will enter through the Fairview entrance to line up. No one is to leave their car at any point. Safety is our #1 priority.

Someone from the rib teams will safely approach your car to take your order. Payments can be processed through debit, credit, or cash.

We don't require for you to have a mask and gloves on to be served, but we certainly encourage it for the sake of our vendors' safety!

We take the safety of our volunteers, vendors and guests very seriously. Unfortunately that means for this event, we cannot serve guests who are not in a car to comply with the Health Department's physical distancing guidelines. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Yes! We will have live music during the event, but they are there to entertain you while you wait to get your food. For the safety of everyone please don't exit your vehicle or hang around the parking lot after you get your food so we can keep traffic moving.

Yes! Just like Ribfest, this is a fundraiser for our community! Volunteers will come around to collect donations during the event.  We also accept online donations click here!

In accordance with our history of being a green festival, we ask that everyone turn off their cars while they are waiting so they aren't left idling. We have live music so you can just roll down your windows and relax while you wait!

For the sake of traffic flow and efficiency, we ask that you only choose one rib vendor to order from.

Yes! All of the rib vendors have gluten-free sauces.
